Black dots printing on left side of paper

dots are usually always caused by the drum..drums are very easy to replace..(you don't even need a screwdriver)
here's how..
remove the unit that the toner sits into..it's called a process unit..comes out as a whole with the toners...
next open left cover..
remove waste toner bottle. (drum sits right above it!!!
next remove drum by pushing on grey button and pulling drum
out the left side of the printer.

as far as the jam message you might need to replace tray feed tires located up under the machine

I have 5 Kyocera FS-3900DN laserprinters to

I've never heard of anyone attempting what you describe, but I'm concerned that the new coating will not be even enough for a satisfactory print, even if the drum will function in the static retention.Replacing the fuser is recommended:http://www.redstartprinters.com/fk-320fuserunitfs-3900dn4000dnprintersfreegroundshipping.aspx

Kyocera fs-3900dn 0150:0000007 error

Sounds like a Engine firmware failure. The clue is the low page count (the 00007).
You will need to upgrade your firmware and contact your local Kyocera sales comany to get a patch to correct the missing serial number and MAC address.

I have Kyocera FS-3900DN , it shows on the display

Hi,
This problem is caused by a poor contact in the fuser connector terminals.
Check both sides of the connection (in the printer and fuser unit) In most cases we will find small pieces of paper inside printer connector causing poor contact between printer and fuser unit connector.

Hope i was of any help. If i was, please rate me.
Thank you.
