Dark lines fs 3900
The lines are more than likely caused by either the Drum, Developer or Fuser unit. I have found in many cases that if non genuine toner is being used this will give you poor quality images. You can try using genuine toner which may resolve your issue but you may have to run a few hundred prints to clear out the old toner before the image improves.

My ecosys fs-3900dn printer gives this error 0150:0119695
It is a "mechanical error". The part after the colon is the number of pages printed. It's probably worthwhile taking the trays, toner and cartridge out and opening all the access doors and checking for something obvious before calling in an engineer.

Kyocera fs-3900dn showing 7410:0024216 error code
The 7410 is a drum installation error code. This is typically caused when the waste bin is replaced. Open the left door and push on the drum unit just above the waste bin, usualy a click will be heard when pushing it in. Then power cycle the printer. This should fix the error message.

Power the printer off. Open left door and push in on drum unit until it clicks into place. Power the printer back on and the code should be cleared.

Most probably the drum unit has shifted slightly out of position. Remove the toner/process unit, open the cover on the left side of the machine, Remove the waste toner bottle. You will see a grey release button for the drum unit, press it in, slide the drum unit out a couple of inches and slide it back in firmly so that it seats and clicks in completely. Reinstall removed parts. Should be good to go.

Open the left door and push the drum unit in firmly. Push in on the black plastic housing just above the gray push-button. You should feel it move in slightly and may even hear it "click" into place. Close the door and power the printer off and on.
