Hi - I have a

Check the print settings on the documents that are idle; they may be an off size rather than the standard and you may have to fake out the printer by "resetting" the paper size to the size of the print jobs; this sounds off but works in may cases. To reset the papersize, pull out the tray and put it back in, manually set the page to whatever it is calling for.

Please let me know if this is not clear,

Good Luck!

Error code 016 781

The 016-783 error message indicates that “Cause – Could not find the specified server path during file”.
The folder that the Xerox scanner job template uses to deposit the scans in had previously been deleted, so I had recreated the shared network folder. What I had neglected to do though was to recreate the sub-folders that the Xerox Job Templates use for the scans.
After recreating the subfolders that the file repository setup referenced in the job template I had no more error codes with that scanning job template.

Yes, your fuser is the machine's oven. It does have a transparency/ OHP (overhead projector) setting.

When you shut the paper tray, the machine should ask you to confirm paper size and type. That's the time to do it.

That is a pretty common problem. The fuser fan is not running right. You can try removing the fan located behind the fuser unit on the back frame and taking the center cap off and lubricating it. but most likely it will have to be repalced. The part number is 127K29340 .
google a business called " the parts drop". Give them a call they will have one and at the right price you should pay for it.

Hi We are unable to scan through our fuji printer

Set "Sub-net Mask" and "Gateway" of the main processor correctly.
From the destination server, check that you can identify the M/C with "ping."
From a Windows95 or UNIX machine to check that the FTP connection to the destination server is possible.
If the machine is a DC 3535, check that the Ethernet Crossover Cable from the ESS to the Network Controller is connected and is free from damage. Refer to the Network Controller service documentation for repair procedures

That is a problem with the polygon mirror motor. That is the motor that rotates the missors in the laser assembly.
Most likely have to replace the laser.
Google a business called The Parts Drop.
Give them a call and ask for Britt. He will help you.

Please i need technical help

You have to have a fully configured laptop with several levels of Xerox software.
Once that is accessed though you can change those numbers to max them out for the life of the machine.
Where do you live? Maybe I can find someone to do it for you.
