go to setting of your laptop look for divice manager check the imaging device if the driver is installed and if its recognizing, if its recognize and still not working change the driver or the camera itself,

I had the same problem once. There could be two reasons.1. your cam is not working ( may be your laptop is not detecting it ) it happens sometime just because of loose internal connection 2. you still using wrong drivers.I would like to suggest you to identify hardware first. Go to desktop > right click on the my computer and choose property> click hardware > device managerNow try to find your cam driver if that has been successfully instaled. ( yellow icons shows problem with drivers )If you think that the cam is not present there, in that case you have problem with your cam ( possibly corrupted cam )Hope that helps

If you are running Windows Vista, this is solved quite easily:
Instead of doubleclicking the shortcut and running the program, right-click it and select: run as administrator. Now it should run fine.

On XP, try reinstalling the game.
