Yesterday i bought a D-link
You should go to the dlink support web page to troubleshoot your problem. That message means that the link between your router and the internet is not working. Could be a physical or configuration issue.

Could be multiple reasons
Check the signal type
Play around with the Channel and see what connects better
Check the server time out
Ensure u dont have a limitation on number of IPs
Connect without wifi password, change type if works

WHAT IS THE MODEM
The WBR-1310 is just a router - you will also need a modem - the modem is the component that connects to your telephone line or to the cable providers cable - to get broadband into your home

you would connect the modem to this router in order to share your broadband service amoungst devices or to get wireless
PIN NUMBER
This is a "discontinued" D-Link router.
Older routers did not support the usage of a 'PIN'.
Also, that model has a significant software problem -- it fails to work correctly after 31-DECEMBER-2013. So, recycle it, and buy a new router.
Reset password
once you reset your modem than the default username and password is usually "admin"
INET light is on not able to connect to internet
Checked the instruction manual online. There's no INET light indicated. There's Power, Status, WAN, WLAN, and LAN LEDs. The WAN LED only indicates that the WAN port is connected to another device, e.g., cable or DSL modem. Check on your cable or DSL modem to see if the Internet light is on. If so, then you'll need to log into your router and go through the configuration/setup per the manual for your type of connection.

Nc4000 wireless connection to bt hub not possible
Bluetooth (BT) is not compatible with WiFi. There is no way to do that, and it must be done with or thru a PC, or laptop. The USB ports on wireless routers are for network storage, and/or network access to printers. Hope this helps
