Why its not installing in my computer

There is no reason why it won't be installed. Follow the installation guide point to point. Insert the companion cd first. Installation will start, after some time it will ask to connect the printer to computer. Then it will finish the installation. Follow the step described in the manual.

New black ink cartridge showing full but not

This could be several things, some of which may mean your machine will have to be repaired by a Brother agent (probably cost you more than a new one), and/or it's time to bin it.
However, sometimes it's just because the print head, or the pipes that connect the ink tanks to the print head, have become blocked with dried out ink.
If you search on YouTube, you will find a few videos that show how to clear such blockages - you may not find your exact model number, but many Brother machines use almost identical components to many others so the basic technique will be the same. Also search on Ebay for printer cleaning/head blockage kits - quite a few printers (not just Brother) suffer similar problems and a few businesses have sprung up on EBay that sell kits to help you sort this. They sometimes have links to a video they have produced showing how to use the kit which can give you ideas. Again, your exact model number or even make might not come up but these kits might be adaptable to your machine. Got to be worth a tenner or so before binning it ! Good luck

PUT A NEW INK CARTRIDGE IN IT AND IT WILL PRINT

try a few cleanings and see if it helps. You most likely have air in the tube that goes to the printhead. Its possible you may have to go through another ink cartridge.

Troubleshooting item 46

You could check for a paper Jam or foreign oblect in the machine, under the top cover and in the back cover.

If there isnt a Jam in the machine it means there is a mechanical problem. There is a sponge in this machine and once it is full it wont be able to absorbe any more ink from the cleanings. You will need to bring it in for services, they would replace the sponge and reset the cleaning counter.

check the brother website for an authorized service center in you're area.

Error message is "Paper Jam" but there is no more

Paper jam doesnt always mean a jam, it means that a sensor was not tripped in a time frame so the units limited brain assumes a jam. Your problem may be that the paper is not being pulled. Could be a dirty "tire" on the pickup roller as calcium whiteners in paper to make them brighter tend to stick to the rubber tire making it slick. A damp cloth to wipe the pickup surface of the roller usually works. You can use alcohol too but it may dry the rubber tire prematurely although most now are synthetics. Your model may allow user replacement of the roller instead so you would locate a parts source and get a new one and install. You may also need to find a shop to replace the roller. It could also be that mechanism that drives the roller is damaged. That would require a shop teardown and replacement of parts. The only other thing I can think of is that the tray is malfunctioning and is supposed to lift the paper and isn't. Either way if nothing in the path of the paper then it's not picking up but the printer only knows to give a jam error.
