Can not pull caller id log. How do you do this?

Besides system programming of what to do with the 301st call, you need to program 2 lighted buttons on your set for 96 and 97 CID Indicate-Common and CID Select-Common. It will now display all CID calls into the system, assuming you have CID working.

This is for the TA-824 series Key Service Unit, which is a common system for the 7731 phone to be connected.

There is not a reset button on a TA-624 or newer Panasonic, which is consistent with when the 7731's were first delivered, but there is an ON/OFF switch.

Your description is a bit confusing. You press HOLD to put the outside line on hold, which would give you internal (intercom) dial tone. If you have a PAGE key (we like to use the upper right button) press that, or dial the page code, make your announcement and hang up.

There are some page transfer codes and some pickup codes mostly involvine 34 and 43, and those are covered in the User Manual. The feature you descrobe above seems to be from using the TRANSFER button instead of the HOLD button. Pressing the PAGE button without HOLD may give you the same symptom.

Since CID display to the phone comes from the Panasonic phone SYSTEM, you might try looking inside the cabinet to see if it has a caller ID card. The part ends in 93.

It also requires some programming. If you post your model number, I might have a CID card if yours is missing.

Hi, When we are on the phone and another call

If the call is coming in on another line, you can turn call waiting on for the phone. In a TA series system, it's done by the code 7311# for CO calls and 7321# for Intercom and doorphone calls. A 0 before the # instead of 1 turns it off.

I need help programming the phone to pick up CO1

This is a guess because you still didn't tell me what system you're connected to. On an idle phone, try pressing PROGRAM 131 STORE. In a TA-824, that makes you select line 1. If it's busy, nothing happens.

It's an intercom extension. If the sytsem is a TA, it has numbers like 107 or 115, or whererever you put the "answering machine." If it's a TD, then 165 is usually the default. If it's a TAW, then 500 is the default.

Either make sure yuu're trying it from the phone in jack 1, find out who changed it, or try the following:

If you have a TA system, you can program the time from the phone connected to jack 01 (usually ext 101) by pressing PROGRAM 0 and dial YYMMDDwHHMMa STORE where the time is in 12 hour format, the w is day of the week, with Sunday being 0 and a is 0 for AM or 1 for PM.
