Boot your computer up in safe mode, Keep pressing F8 once you turn your computer on until you get to advanced boot options then click on safe mode. Log in under Administrator adn goto the control panel and user accounts and then change her passwrod from there.

You may need to take it to a repair shop so they can reset it by taking the bios battery out, however it is a very extensive process, this is why you should NEVER set such a password.

You must realize lots of people have problems, and if you do not make any effort to even explain what your problem is we cannot help you.

On the bottom bar by the clock, if your computer is newer there should be a small icon that controls your mouse. Simply right click on it and check the box "tap to click" or similar. Hope this helps!

Get it fixed under warranty from Acer - seriously. It is not worth messing with if it is under warranty. Save your data on a flash drive or external hard drive prior to calling. Here is their primary contact phone number - just ask for technical support: (408) 533-7700

This won't be an easy one... To reset a bios password you will have to pretty much take the laptop apart and pull out all the battieries and THEN short out jumpers on the MotherBoard that will be specific for your MotherBoard that will likeley be specific for your laptop model

connect or pc with a HI-SPEED (HDMI) CABLE TO UR TV..AND PLUG IT IN TO HDMI..CONNECTION..MOSTLY ON THE SIDE OF THE TV..OR ON THE BACK...JUST LOOK AROUND......AND IT WILL WORK.. CHANGE UR AV SETTING ON UR TV...AND PC SCREEN WILL APPEAR ON UR TV SCREEN...'CHEERS

Hard to say... try holding the control + alt + del keys to open the task manager... you can end background programs from there might be a good start to finding your problem-matic program

More then Likely the Back light is bad its a pretty common problem with netbooks and laptops .... check the bios to verify theres not a setting also check out your keyboard keys... there is a function button (fn) that can be used with another key (not sure on your model) looks like a monitor usually ...when pressed together can switch between displays ...might be a simple fix if it got pressed at some point on accident

Thanks for using FixYa. You will need to reset the Laptop if it is not starting up. Follow the procedure as under to reset it---

Remove all connections to and from the laptop. Now remove the battery and press and hold the power on button for 2 minutes. Release the power on button. Slip in the battery pack. Plug in the power to the laptop and to the wall. Please do not plug in any other devices and now try the Laptop powering it on to resolve the issue.
