I have a 1962 Wurlitzer 1015 which has a Selection and Credit computer for coins credits. There was this Auto mode which used to be able to use but now, the jukebox can only operate one disc at a time

It would not be 1962 as CDs weren't invented. Continuous play is achieved by flipping the Continuous Play switch on the right of the computer. Or using the Option button on the remote control. One or the other plugs into GREEN plug on the left side of the computer. If the plug is off it won't work.

Seeburg AY160 scans twice wont pick up record

If it still wont select, check the pulse amplifier. It plugs into the selection receiver chassis and has the RCA plug on the top. Open it up and change the capacitor(s) and there is a high value resistor in there as well CHANGE IT! It is commonly bad. Also check the tube, and replace it if it;s ? or weak. seeburg-ay160-scans-twice-wont-pick-up-hrtfmpnz5p3yvbnv2f4gie4x-5-0.jpg

I am thinking about purchasing

A One More Time 1015 jukebox does not have a radio.

If it was a One More Time I'd check the fuses in the small circuit board in the middle inside of the door.

Cd holder not turning

I just got mine going last night, it appeared not to be working. I removed the circlip under the carrier and lifted it off. I removed the two carrier motor screws and found the motor was working. The motor can get to a certain alignment with the gear wheel where the wormgear binds and won't turn. I replaced the motor and tightened the screws placing the motor in just the right location to spin the gear freely then greased the gears. I also wiped clean the underside if the carrier and the rubber 'o' ring that spins the carrier to improve grip.

Also, Two microswitches are responsible for completing the motor circuit and if they are broken or out of whack you can have problems. One switch on the carrier latch and one in the grabber arm. Fuse 6 in the amp is also required and also runs the CD player.

Rowe Ami Jukebox buttons do not unleash

Hello Pedro, You need to unlock the top door of the jukebox so you can operate the catches to get to the keyboard. The open relays R1 & R5 which are normally under a plastic cover, the open contacts on these relays need cleaning. Do not use any form of switch cleaner, just make a paper taper and pull this through the contacts to clean the contact tips. Regards Alan ami-man UK

I just purchased a Rowe/AMi

Hello Brian,

Rowe Ami jukeboxes are known for their dry joints on the connection pins where they are soldered to the boards.
The R-80S to R-83 uses CMOS chips on the circuit boards and these are susceptible to static discharge so good eathing practices when undertaking repairs are required.
I suggest that you send in the following boards to be tested as a set of boards to a Rowe Ami repairer. If you were in the UK you could send them into me, in the USA Bruce Wentworth is the man.

Memory unit (on the mechanism/carousel)
Mechanism Control unit ( on the mechanism/carousel)
Selector Logic (on the righthand side of the cabinet, behind the display/keyboard etc)

With I pod dock won't play latest apple products I have used an adapter from old fitting to latest fitting and it shows it charging but will not play tunes

This is normal. The adapter will only allow ''charging.'' The new Apple product is not compatible with older (non genuine Apple) docks and accessories. And even with ''genuine'' Apple, older units may not work with an adapter. With genuine older Apple products you can check with Apple what will work with an adapter. Ps... Even the _adapter_ needs to be ''genuine'' Apple. Most of the time, ''charging'' is all you will get from generic adapters.

I purchased a used Wurlitzer

The number of Cds in the carousel can be set on the Credit unit to stop it playing fresh air if for example you only have 50 Cds and not a whole 100. Sounds like yours is set to 50 so won't play anything over 50.
I 'think' this is what you do.
On the computer credit unit...
Service Switch ON...Press LT button.
Press 5 on the keyboard once.
Enter 0000
Service Switch off.
Press LT or turn machine off/on.
