If it is cream coloured inside you need to remove a couple of screws on the square plate at the top of the light tube (yes they are physically impossible to get to) and slide the top fht the tube towards you and slide the tube out of the top. If it is a new machine there are two black tabbs on the tube ends. Turn 90 degrees and pull towards you.

I presume you have solved this by now. You go in from the front. Remove the three metal bands by screws in the back of the door. The front plastic comes out like a tyre, sits in a groove each side. Squeeze and pull.

Check the fuses behind the coverplate of the amp on the left. If it is a K99 it comes off by loosening the two nuts at the top then flexing it and popping the bottom edge off. If it is a Compact amp you can see the fuses.

Set the switch on the computer...Service Switch ON. Press LT button on the computer. On the front keyboard press 4-R, 9-R, zero one. That is press4 hold it down and press R. Press 9 hold it down then press R. Enter 01 on the front keyboard. Set service switch to off. Press LT button. Job done.

No it is an optical illision. You need to undo the whole bracket with K8 o it and move it aside slightly, to get to the lever on the end of the rod. Remove that lever on the rod and the bracket for K7 slides off.

Is the switch for the Gripper motor On? There is a switch near the turntable. After that it gets complicated. Bascially it is waiting for the gripper motor to work, so either the switch, the computer or the motor are not doing what they should.
