Power locks on 2005 Town and Country stopped working with the remote as well as the electric switch inside the van, For a while we could disconnect the battery for a few minutes and when reconnected they worked. That no longer fixes the problem. Any advice?

It could be one of your lock and unlock motors binding. try working each lock manually ann see if one is very hard to move up and you can remove the iod fuse in the power distribution box beside the battery to reset the computer without removing the battery cable. Hope this helps.

Power door locks don't work with remote or manul

Look for fuse or relay problem. A bad (shorted) door lock switch can also cause trouble. Need to dig in and start looking at each component one at a time.

good luck
