Wipers and radio quit working at same time checked fuses and relays 2003 ford mustang

SOURCE: windshield wipers quit working on 2003 chevrolet trailblazer. relays and fuses are okay.

There were some issues with ignition switches in those vehicles.It is easy to change and does not cost but about $30. Remove the column covers, unplug the switch, and depress the 2 white tabs holding it in place. Good Luck

The horn relay is inside a fuse box under the hood (drivers side). There should be 5 relays. The horn will probably be mounted near the frame (under the engine).

How about the flasher itself? Mounted on fuse block. or under dash

Look in the owners manual and find out which fuse is common to both,then find out where it is located.It may be in the panel under the hood,the manual will point you in the right direction.
