How to fix error code P0140 on my chrysler concorde 1996 vehicle? Neither Rich Or Lean Condition Is Detected From The Oxygen Sensor 1/2 ?

that is not the OEM makers statement on P0401.
truth is this. V6 engine? 3.3L and 3.5L???????
o2 sensor circuit no activity detected bank 1 sensor 2)
means the right rear 02 sensor reads dead.

right bank down stream 02 is dead.

and has zero to to with rich or lean, it is the rear sensor 2.
the rear sensors are only to this bank1 CAT for good quality.
not told at all , what engine is there. v6 sure,3.3 or 3.5L
nor how the engine runs and car drives. ?
or if this is ONLY a smog question and check engine lamp glows?
causes of 401 are
wires to right rear 02 cut burned or damaged , loose or fell off 02.
bad o2 B1,S2 rear of cat bad
bad CAT bank1,
exhaust cracks in CAT sucking air and making any 02 sensor to read dead, near it.
this post ASSUMES , no other DTC errors stored or live running,
assumes scanned LTFT PID reads correctly and no B1S1 02 errors.(front sensor)
bank 1 or B1 is right front engine bank. (drivers view)
facing engine is left bank. (workers viewed)
ASSSMEs car is driven plenty not just parked in an old barn.
A DRIVEN CAR !

SMog tests fail too for monitor cat bank1 dead.
or incomplete status on bank1 cat.

Where is Bank 2 sensor 2 located on 08 g6 gt 3.5 v6?

The 1st sensor is located closest to the engine and the last is located at the rear of the exhaust system. Generally, if we are talking about O2 sensors: Sensor 1 = Before Catalytic converter Front (Upstream O2 sensor) Sensor 2 = After Catalytic Converter Rear (Downstream O2 sensor)

Hello - I'm looking for the 02 sensor described as bank1 sensor1. Is that the one located in the front near the oil filter?

i have no idea here as never seen this vehicle but if its a V engine then i would assume its front left first sensor ,if a four cylinder then it would show as bank one and sensor one would be the first one ,Sorry for the answer but if you ask me about a europeon car then i would know but this vehicle isnt sold here .

Where is bank1 senor1 o senor located?

it is in front of the catalytic converter-follow the exhaust out off the engine block, it will be between the exhaust header and the cat. If you have a V6 (you didn't say), it is on the same side of the engine as the #1 cylinder. #1 cylinder is always the closest front cylinder to the front of the engine on any car.

P0037 error Heater sensor low voltage Bank 1 sensor 2

That is usually internal O2 sensor heater fault replace the sensor bank1 is the side of a V6 or V8 that has the #1 cylinder on it if ithis is a 4 cylinder that doesn't matter sensor2 means it is the second sensor in line you have 1 closest to the engine and one closer to the cat conv. if you only have 2 sensors in the system that would be the one after the cat, conv.

How do i replace the 02 sensor heater circuit bank1 sensor 1 obd code p0135

the heater is part of the sensor not servicable seperaty. if its a 4 clyinder its the sensor closest to the engine usually under the hood in exhaust manifold on hondas. if its a v6 then its the front bank(by the radiator) closest to the engine. a v6 id leave to a pro, no wroking room on this one, a 4 cylinder easy
