What fuse number and amp is the cigarette lighter on a 1998 Saab 9000 CSE

it should be a 15 amp fuse. the color is blue

Location #17 and it is a 25A fuse.

what cooresponds with the numbers is on the back of the cover of the fuse box you removed. none of them were labeled for cigarette lighter though. i have a '99 Protege and my outlet isn't working.

The fuel pump is located inside the the top of the gas tank and a special tool is needed. to remove the retaining ring.Unscrew the deck in the trunk and remove it.You will a rectangular shaped metal panel.unscrew the two twist tabs and unplug the electrical connector.The electrical connector only goes on one way so don't worry about how to reconnect it.Squeeze the side tabs on the lower electrical connector and remove it.Remove the cap covering the top of the fuel lines.Make not of which line goes where.Notice a notch on the top of the gas tank because the fuel pump also has a notch on top of the housing and they must line up when reinstalling the pump.
