My power window, wipers, dome light, running board light, auto door lock and when I start the ford I can't put it in drive unless I turn the key 3/4 of the way back put in (N) then start it agin then put in drive. My bro is a engineer @ fords and said it might be the G.E.M.. HELP.

Hello. It seems your Ford has a faulty master switch in the door panels (for the windows), a faulty door jamb switches (for the dome light), a malfunctioning multifunction switch (for the turn signal/windshield wipers). Good luck and keep me informed; if you want to.
There are little switches in the door jams near the hinges that activate these. You need to check and see if one has come loose or shorted out. They only have one wire attached if you pull one out and the wire isn't attached that is the one that is the problem. When the switch is out it grounds and completes the circuit ,when it is pushed in it opens the circuit.
first of all you may not be looking for a fuse if you have an owner manual check the fuse box under the hood as well it maybe one of the little boxes called a relay
2 possible problems one might be the ignition switch is not powering up those components, the other might be the gem module its like a body control module and it runs those components
