SOURCE: 2002 Chrysler Sebring will not start
Mine did the click, click and the timing chain had snapped. If any of you have 2.7 litre engines plan on an engine rebuild or a replacement. Look up the 2.7 engine size along with oil sludge and timing chains. Grab yourself a towel to sop up the tears. This car is 100% garbage and I'm shopping for another non Chrysler product this week.

1999 CONCORDE: check the battery terminals probably they are not tight enough...something like that happened to me just the lights turned on and the car seemed to be dead, the battery is still ok since then. I just needed to buy new terminals.
SOURCE: no fire #2cyl
The 300 and 302 mean the following 300 I believe is random cylinder
misfire. The 302 means cylinder 2. I would not rule out wires or boots
being bad especially on cylinder 2.
P0352 Ignition Coil B Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
P1391
Intermittent Loss of CMP or CKP. The CKP usually refers to crank
position sensor. I would try the coil first especially if you can get a
used one. If the plugs are old I would also change the plugs. Once
again don't rule out wires.

sounds like the actuator. I had the same problem. Mine got to the point where it will now only work with the key. Had it looked at by dealer.. actuator is bad. Good luck.
SOURCE: 99 chrysler cirrus lxi won't shift out of 2nd, no speedometer
Had the same problem on my 1999 cirrus lxi. Replaced the output speed sensor on the tranny and topped off the tranny fluid... cleared the check engine light and the cirrus ran great. Caution...the output speed sensor reqires removal of the front left tie and plastic weatherproofing to replace. once you find it's locvation, the replacement is relatively easy.
