Saturn sc1 1992 wont turn over... all lights, bells, radio, and horn work but no clicking occurs when i try to turn it over. I have also tried putting it into neutral to start it as that is sometimes the problem. I have had problems in the past with the car while reversing or driving in a low gear (ie. parking lots, traffic jams) that the car will choke and die. I have always been able to start it back up again right away but today was not my lucky day. I am very curious what might be the problem. Im thinking that now the starter might have crapped out from being over worked but because its not clicking its making me wonder. All of the fluids are topped up and everything else seems to be in tip top shape Im just at a loss.

It's probably integrated with your factory security system, check those fuses, ? When you turn on the headlight does the radio lights up.. Remove the Radio unplug the unit andd check for 12volt DC , there should be a constant one, 12v , on one of the wires, there should be a ACC turn the key to the first or second position this wire should give also 12v but the key will turn it on or off...
I have a 94 Kia sephia and had the same issue try unplugging the timing control box located above the fuse box my car runs perfect and doesn't try and make me look like I'm stealing it anymore. Sincerly Alex.
Double check the fuses. Also, there are usually TWO fuses for the radio. One has power when the car switch is OFF. This keeps the clock working and your radio presets set. The other is when you turn the key on. The horn not working can be tested if you have a 12V test light (Wal*Mart sells them...). Unplug the horn, hook up the test light, press the horn button. If the light glows, you've got a bad horn (go to your local junkyard for one). If not, recheck ALL the fuses. Good Luck
The body control module (BCM) controls the operation of the horn for the security system and remote keyless entry (RKE) functions. Circuit 28 is grounded by the BCM when the horn operation is desired. Normal operation of the horn is performed by the horn switch grounding the horn relay and is not controlled by the BCM.
You don't need to take this to a dealer ,besides there are no more saturn dealers . Try a independent repair shop .
Does the cruise control light light up when you turn the cruise on ? Have you checked the fuse's ?
it is behind bumper drivers side. I believe there is a relay in the horn, making the horn unique and origional replacement required. if it has three wires in it then it has built in relay.
