As I know the 1998 Chrysler Sebring 2.5L V6 the thermostat is located under the housing where the lower raditor hose is hooked the the engine.

The Thermostat is located in its housing on the lower left side of the engine block, near the oil filter and attached to the lower radiator hose.

FOLLOW COOLANT HOSES TO CYLINDER HEAD.THERMOSTAT HOUSING SHOULD BE CONNECTED TO IT.

1998 Chrysler Concorde LXI V6 3.2 eng No heat with engine running and temp set for whatever, blower on any speed and controls set for any area. Car is warmed up and water level is good in reservior tank.

your heater core is plugged...bad for you this is expensive!!! or or your motors thermostat is not working..good for you.. as this is a cheap fix
