Yes, u can repair this, Check the flasher, it controls the turn signals and probably needs to be replaced. Usually mounted on the fuse block. Let me know how u make out.

SOURCE: the turn signals on my 2002 alero work only sometimes

fuse is most likely blown for lighter, cjk your owners manual for where an dwhich fuse. the turn signal switch is likely bad. if it wont signal, jiggle the lever, if it works then, have it repalced.

SOURCE: I own a 2004 olds alero, sometimes my turn signals

Most likely it is the switch, But first try replacing the flasher ( they are around $10.00) which is alot cheaper than the switch is. When your flashers are working listen for the clicking and feel around under the dash ( it is the easiest way to find it) give that a try. make sure you are using the turn signal and not the hazard flasher (they both have there own flasher)

2002 turn signal relay.blinker r side bink fast

The fast blinker is letting you know that your bulb is out. Once replaced, it will blink at it's regular pace again. This happened to me about a month ago and that's what the guy at the parts store explained to me. I put in a new bulb and everything is now back to normal. People were flipping me off and blowing horns at me for a couple of weeks every time I needed to turn left, well that's b/c my rear left signal light was blown out.

Left turn signal blinks faster than right turn signal blinks

The blinker is made to warn you that one of the bulbs is not working. When it blinks faster than normal one or more bulbs are burned out.

I got a 2002 ford taurus and when i go to turn my headlights on the interior light dont work and the blinkers light up but they do blink when im turning, i was what it could be thats causing that thank...

Many turn signal lamps will have multiple bulbs in them. If "one" of the bulbs is faulty, the interior lamp or lamps will come on, indicating a bad bulb. You will need to turn on your left blinker and view the bulb and make sure all bulbs appear to be blinking on front and rear of the car, then repeat with the right blinker. If you find one that doesn't appear to look right or blinks faster slower or dimmer, then replace the bulbs in that turn signal. The interior light may begin working properly when you replace the "shorted" bulb for the turn signals. If it does not, check the fuses to make sure the "shorted" bulb didn't damage your fuse for the interior lights.

Problems

Generally means that a bulb is out.
When a bulb blows, then the blinker has less electrical resistance, so the blinker works at a faster pace.
Have someone in the car as you inspect all lights.
.... and! As long as you have an assistant, check the headlights, stop lights, license plate light, brake lights, emergency flashers ....

Jeep Liberty 2002 - I get a fast blink on the left turn signal (but a normal blink on the right). Where is the flasher located?

Normally when this happens you have a blown bulb on either the front or rear the fast blink is because with only one bulb working the flasher clicks it faster less of a load means faster blink.
