I have a 1994 pontiac sunbird with the computer gone and I also think I have the right computer from another car. would the computer have to be programmed again and does it have to be in the car to do this?

As long as the computer came out of a car of the same make and year with the same engine and transmission the CPU will be the same and you will not have to have any thing reprogramed

Where is the turn indicator flasher unit under the dash for 1994 pontiac sunbird

The turn signal flasher is located under dash panel, right side of steering column.


The fuse panel is located on the left side of the instrument panel. To gain access to the panel, pivot access door downward.
The hazard flasher is located under dash panel, left side of steering column.
The turn signal flasher is located under dash panel, right side of steering column.

first... you have found the cord for it right. it's usually mounted on the side of the block. if that motor is in sideways it's on the side toward the firewall... it's round as well
