Hi,
Follow instruction below:
Raise
the window up completely. Remove the screws from the armrest using a
screwdriver. Lift the window switch out of the door panel by prying up
rear of the switch and the pulling the switch to the rear, dislodging
it in the front. Lift it up and unplug the electrical connectors.
Insert
the flathead screwdriver between the door panel and the door and pry
out all the trim fasteners from the door on both sides and the bottom.
Remove the panel. Peel the moisture barrier back exposing the rear of
the door.
Push
the door latch actuator rod retainer off the rod, releasing it from the
door handle. Remove the two 10 mm nuts securing the outside door handle
to the door. Pull the door handle out of the door.
Install
the new door handle by holding it in place and installing and
tightening the inside nuts. Insert the door latch rod into the door
handle lever. Swing the retainer down and push its lock over the rod.
Place
the moisture barrier back into place. Install the door panel and push
all the trim fasteners into the holes in the door. Install the two
screws into the armrest and tighten. Install the window switch by
plugging in the electrical connectors. Push the window switch into the
hole in the door panel and press the rear of the switch down to lock it
in place.
Best regards.

do you mean they are sticking?
SOURCE: removing and replacing passenger side mirror 2002 town and country van
there should be a triangle shaped plastic section on the interior of the door behind the mirror, check it for a little plastic screw cover to remove it or you may just have to lever it gently to remove it.
once it is off it exposes the mirror retaining bolts which you undo to remove the mirror, I presume it has electric mirrors and if that is the case you will have to find the electrical wire plug for the mirror and pull it apart, replace mirror in reverse order of removing

oh we have a 02 C T & C and our keyless entry for the sliding doors. when the side doors are not closed all the way or opened all the way the keyless entry won't kick in. try doing it closed or fully open, if this does not work try checking the battery in the remote. over all lets put it this way the 02 C T & C is like the best mini van around however it comes with alot of problems from ac. to tail lights

There is an ecu flash for this repair. You may get the locks to start working again with a battery disconnect.

Depends on how baddly the whole car is bent and how much you pay your self. You can do it, and if it's bent bad enought that you can't expect to pay mor than flat rate anyway because thier not just changing the bumper cover and or the bumper core and or the bumper core supports and or painting the new bumper cover and or replacing or straightening the care and even pulling the frame.. Most body shops and dealers will estimate this job but they have to see it because of the stroy I just told. They most often estimate for free as your insureance companies adjuster wight also. They may even come to your work or home to see the problem. If you want to keep the insurance man out of the loop then go to an auto parts store that sells auto paint and supplies. They'll tellyou about their customers and what to expect from them. and you'll hear alot of different prices, including look good or look good and be good and strong, all the prices wil be different.
