Put the car up on blocks or jack stands. Use a hydraulic jack with boards on top to lift the engine up enough just to take the weight off of the mount bolts. Now you can undo the bolts that attach the engine and transmission brackets to the bolts. Slide these out. Remove the bolts that attach the mounts to the frame and remove the old mounts. Reverse this procedure using the new mounts, but be sure to use a torque wrench to tighten the bolts to the values specified in the service manual (ask at the auto parts counter, look in a Haynes or Chilton's manual, or call the service department at the local dealer who used to sell Oldsmobiles - they probably still have the dealer service books on hand).
