You will have to remove the backseat. First the bottom part, it has two pull cords to release the seat. Take that out. Then for the back part, you will have to remove 4 nuts (2 with washer looking things attached and the ones holding the seatbelts) at the bottom of the seat. After removing them, where you had removed the seatbelt nuts, you will have to remove the seatbelt peices. Once that's done, you will have to pull the seat out and up. Behind that, there is 2 round button anchors, which you will have to pull out. Once those are removed, the whole back peice comes out, exposing the rear speakers. They should be 1/4 bolts holding the speakers in. And if you are modifying (not using stock speakers), you may have to cut they wires to replace the speakers.

Is there anything tricky about a front and rear break change on a 1991 grand prix

Depends on whether or not your Gran Prix has rear drums or disks. If discs it is very straight forward. With the shoes, you have to remember where all the parts go, label them, it helps. Always note OW a part comes off, so you can do it backwards.
