New Battery/starter and still wont crank.

car wont crank or car wont start? I would say your battery cables are bad,, acid gets in from battery and erodes internal cable parts... need a Meter to check it out.. put the meter on battery while someone tries to start it, if the voltage drops from 13.5 to 10 then it is trying to turn over, I always have the new starters tester before I leave a store, they are remanufactured in Malaysa and they use old parts in most of them..

Where is the fuel pump

yup and there no fun when the tank is full of gas. you can find the big fuel take filler hose under the car and loosen the clamp then use a hand gas pump or other means of gettting the gas out then loosen the bolts holing the gas tank in use a block of wood or something to keep the gas tank from falling on you and take the bolts to the fuel tank straps out the tank will come out easy from that point now your gonna have to disconnect the power conecter to the pump and the fuel lines as well you local auto parts store will have disconnect tools for the fuel lines there only 8 bucks or so.

How to change the fuel pump

You have to empty the fuel tank somehow (siphon the gasoline out into a fuel can so it doesn't sit around and cause fumes to concentrate where they could be ignited). Jack the rear axle of the car up and put it on jack stands for safety. Disconnect the filler line and fuel lines that go toward the front of the car from the fuel tank, unbolt the 2 straps holding the fuel tank, lower the fuel tank (take care not to damage any of the lines or hoses as it comes down, take off the locking ring, remove the fuel fuel sending assembly, disassemble it, then reassemble with the new fuel pump, place the assembly back into the tank and put the locking ring back on, then put the fuel tank back in, reconnect the fuel lines, fill the tank with just a few gallons, test to see if it starts, take it off jack stands. My 2001 pontiac grand prix is not getting any gas in the line i had ran off the road into a ditch it got water in it but i changed wires and plugs it starts but wornt stsy running

Have you looked under the vehicle for damage to the fuel lines? Sounds like you might have an obstruction between the tank and the engine. Look for a flattened or pinched off line.

My 2001 grand prix dies when i'm not on the gas pedal and runs better in really cold weather. It dies more often when its warm out

Most likely culprits are the IAC motor, TPS and/or EGR valve. Have them all checked.

1999 Grand Prix doors unlock & Interior lights turn on by itself

https://s1.postimg.org/y2530m1an/door_locks.jpg Click on the link. I tried to get everything on one page, which makes it harder to read. It's been my experience that posting multiple images, only the first image posts, not the others. I didn't see a relay in diagram. The bcm controls door locks with input from the door lock/unlock switch, I doubt I can trouble shoot that from here. You could check for bcm trouble codes, see if anything comes up? Some of the national brand auto stores will check po codes for free, I don't know about bcm codes? Could be other issues.
