On my 1999 Chrysler Town & Country the instrument panel has quit working...the gas gauge, odometer, speedometer, tachometer and the first 3 #'s of odometer and first 3 Letters of gear shift are always on even when the car is off. I have been reading some posts about this type of van having problems not starting...mine sometimes sounds like the starter is going out...making that clicking sound when I try to start it...other times it starts right up. Could these two problems be related? Another post said to check the Memory iod...I have been searching for a diagram of this model and year of fuse panels with no luck so far. Help!

They are indeed probably related. You should have your instrument panel taken out and checked for short circuits or damage to the connections. They can interfere with the the alternator's voltage regulator, which is in the panel. You would most likely be better off by buying an entire used unit from an auction site.

1997 Chrysler Town & Country, codes; p1698, p0734, p1782, p1788, p0732, p1787, and p0700? Plz help

You will need the help of a transmission repair shop or the dealer, there is a serious transmission problem and it will require special test equipment and training to find the cause, which is likely a wiring harness issue.

I have a 2002 Chrysler Town and Country. The speedometer quit working. It has quit once before but came back on its own. The odometer is working.

Bad instrument cluster. Common problem try getting used from wrecking yard. Verify by checking for cruise control operation. If cruise works the cluster has failed.

2003 chrysler town & country speedometer stuck

sit in the drivers seat close the door. with the key off hold the trip odometer button in then while holding the button in turn the key on. if done correctly this will put the MIC (mechanical instrument cluster) into a self test. if the speedometer does not move like the rest of the gauges during this test the MIC must be replaced. if the speedometer does move it is likely your problem will be fixed, however, if the speedometer does move but it does not start working properly then further diagnostic will be needed.

Everything on dash panel not working.

Fuse for the instrument panel is possibly blown. Check your owners manual for the proper location of the fuse. If you do not have a manual they are available online in PDF version.

Speedometer not working

I would hold off on trying to buy a new or used instrument cluster unless your sure thats the problem.... your vehicle is equipped with a speed sending unit and that can be faulty ask your self is the other functions of the cluster working? tachometer, fuel, lights etc? then may only be sending unit for speed have it checked out by a pro or follow instructions of troubleshooting section of your repair manual I always try to keep it simple did you check the fuses and relays? then move on from there. If it is sending unit or cluster heres a place I have used for years to get hceap good used and new parts Peach street autorecycling 18003652341 ggod luck and dont forget to rate me if I have helped.
