Has no relay for headlamps , just fuse's , fuse # 12 30 amp under hood fuse / relay box and fuse's 33 , 4 and 8 fuse box inside the vehicle .

Check the fuses under the dash and under the hood. If fuses are good its the radio.

Probably a bad ignition switch, are you positive that it was really changed? The Battery fuse is a seperate factor. You could just unplug the ignition switch wire harness from under the steering wheel.

There are two fuse boxes. A baqttery junction box under the hood on the drivers side and one inside on drivers side. Good luck.

I'm no expert but when you turn key to run position, this turns the fuel pump on if the pump is faulty i would think it would blow the fuse also. Or its your theory a short in the ignition system wiring.

There are 2 fuse boxes. 1 under the driver side dash and the other 1 under the hood.- -engine compartment..

there is a switch under the passengers side kick panel for turning off the air ride suspension,see if its turned off.

It would either be under dash or on side of kick panel, or behind or under glove box. Also under hood in black box on firewall.

If you find the fuse and it is good, than I would check the fusible link that runs off battery and heads to ignition system. The little black fuse inside fusible link can blow while jumping or connecting battery cables backwards.
