Look at the wiper arm. Where the shaft comes through there is a cap on the arm. Pop it up and you will see a nut remove nut and you should be able to get arm off. Hope that helps!

Removing windshield wiper arms and intake grading is essential to gaining access to the windshield wiper
FRONT IS UNDER COWL, PULL ARMS OFF, SMALL TORX SCREWS 8, SHOULD SEE MOTOR UNDER THE COVER, MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION, SWAP OUT OLD FOR NEW. THE REAR NEED TO REMOVE REAR LIFTGATE PANEL
Remove the wiper arms (pop off the caps at the base) and the 15mm nut. Take out the screws that hold down the wind
shield cowl lift it away to expose the washer hoses. Unplug the wiper motor (center driver's side) by pulling
out the red clip on it and squeezing the tab. Remove the 13mm nut from the wiper motor idler arm and take
out the 3 10mm bolts that hold it in place. Squeeze it out from under the wiper transmission, or loosen the lower bolts. You'll see them. Not a difficult job, just take your time.
there is a plastic cap where the arm connects to a post. pop this cap off with your finger nail or small screw driver. this cap hides a nut. remove the nut (10mm socket needed?) and pull the arm off to replace the blade
Flip the caps up from bottom of wiper arm to expose where they attach to pivots. There should be a nut holding them on, try snugging that nut up a bit & see what happens. if it helps, remove the nuts, pry the arms off, and clean inside where spline etc., is and re-attach arms in proper(same) spot and tighten nuts again, but be careful not to tighten too much & snap the stud.
