Did your lift kit come with new extended brake lines?
You mentioned the brakes feel like they are "on" and you can't pump up your pedal anymore. That makes me think that like most lift kits, nothing is provided to re-locate the rear rubber brake line that is mounted to the top of the rear differential. It may be stretched so far that it's kinked on both ends allowing fluid to the rear brakes thru hydraulic pressure but not being allowed to release on it's own. Just a thought. Good Luck!

GMC Sierra making noise when I brake and go over bumps

At the same time or either or? Put your foot on the brakes pedal and switch the trans from drive to rev and see if you get a noise if you do, you may have a loose pad in the carrier which ok someone forgot put it in or you may have a loose carrier bolt pull the wheels and check for safety you don't want a carrier to come off if one bolt falls out it could lock the wheel up if both come out you loose all your brakes. You need to start there

I want a body lift for my truck

Do you have 4WD? Usually they dont have very many lift kits for 2WD. All they can give you really is longer leaf springs or blocks in the rear, and spring spacers or taller springs for the front.
As for 4WD, they have the same fittings for the rear, but the front theres a different set up.

I have a vibration when breaking in my nissan titan, how do i fix this

If you are mean that only when you put on the brakes you feel a vibration from the steering wheel. Then you need to make sure your front end is tight, or the break rotors are warped which is most likely the case but you should also feel a pulsation in the brake pedal two. You can jack up the front tires grab the tire from top to bottom then do the same from side to side you should notice if there is excessive amount of play, or movement, if not you probbaly just have warped brake rotors that you can have machined or replaced.

Vibration and noise from front end while driving

Jack up the front end and put stands under it and block rear wheels. Look at axle boots and see if they are cracked. Try turning wheel back and forth sharply and see if you can hear any clicking. Problem could be outer axle joints. If the boots are cracked or you hear a clicking noise you will have to replace the axle. The axle and boot come as a complete unit. Please let me know what you find out.

Clunking noise and brakes grabbing

Check your brake hardwares make sure its in proper places and not loose. you would also want to check the caliper sliders, clean and lubricate with silicon lube. and lastly make sure that rotor backplates are not touching the rotors, you can do this by spinning the rotors while the wheel is off, if it is, then pry the backplates a little. hope this would help, goodluck.!
