In October 2005, Suzuki launched the Sport version of the new Swift in Japan named SwiftRS, and in September 2006 the model was introduced in most European markets. Named "Swift Sport", it is powered by an enhanced M16A unit, a high-revving 1.6-litre, naturally aspirated DOHC VVT four-cylinder engine with an 11.1:1 compression ratio, high lift cams, forged pistons, and strengthened valve springs.

Dont know where my spring goes on my suzuki swift carby

There should be detailed instructions on the carburetor rebuild kit that would come with your carburetor kit if you were servicing it.

Otherwise, the user and service manuals usually don't cover this explicitly.

How large is the spring and where do you think it goes?

High RPM between shifts or at idle after driving/ warm engine

Clean the choke and linkage around the air cleaner again.

You are on the right track.

I will give ALL the intake manifold bolts a 1/6 turn....just to rule out leaky intake manifold gasket.

Check for loose or leaky vacuum hose.

Since you truck is 1987. I will replace all small vacuum hoses.

Change one at at time.

====
Change the fuel filter
====
Test fuel pressure
====
Check the ohm specification on the coil.
====
If the wires are over 3 years old then replace it
Check and clean contacts
====
Make sure the wires are not cross.
====

Do a good carb. cleaning and use Chevron gas for one tank full. Do some high RPM highway ran and see does it improve.
