This is noted for a 2002 vw Cabrio LX. The Fuse is not noted in owner manual so don't bother, nor is the fuse one noted in the panel at #21. You must removed the plastic trim (2 screws) around the fuse panel laying on your back on the drivers floor. There are clips at the right and left of the panel. Unclip both sides and lower.the fuse relay assy panel down slightly. The second fuse up from the relays is the cig fuse. It's kind of odd looking 15amp blue one. I just inserted a normal 15A fuse. All OK now.
