I went to connect my obd auto scanner to a 2004 aveo and could not locate the obd port to connect it to? Where is it? Usually its under the dash board...I thought

It is regulation/law that it is accessable under the steering wheel side of the car try looking for a cover to the side panel or just behind the trim above the pedal its quite small it will be in that location

Where is the obd connection located on a 1995 Buick Park Avenue? This is not the Ultra model.

The most likely location will be it the driver's side foot well. It will be in the top right corner under the dash at about knee height. There might be a small cover hiding the port.
Yours might have the square cornered, older OBD connector so the newer OBD2 scanner's wire might not fit. You can get adapter wires cheaply enough.

On a 1995 model you should have OBD II codes. Which means you can buy a scanner that plugs in to a clip usually located under driver side dash. If you don't want to buy the scan tool Advance Auto or Auto zone can read these codes for you while you visit the store and is free.
