Have the proportioning valve checked on it. This valve reduces braking power to the rear brakes under hard braking to keep the rear brakes from locking up due to less weight on rear wheels. When malfunctioning it can cause the rears to not apply at all.
Yes there is a connection, The recall # is K25, it is for replacement of the HVAC grommet, and HVAC Drain tube to prevent a leak onto the airbag control module and connector.
you can use a needle nose pliers to ratchet the piston in turn to the right or you can buy the specialized tool which cost about ten dollars. there are two fittings on the piston that you use to turn it.
I replaced the brake pads on a '94 Chrysler town and country, I had the rotors turned also, I did not use any anti-vibration substance on the shoes. I hear a clicking noise from front brakes.
Did you try another dealer? There is currently a recall out for the wiring on the sliding doors - if you haven't had the wiring checked, I'd take it in and ask them to service the recall.
