do you know where is the knock sensor on a 2005 Honda accord coupe .... 2001-2005 Honda Civic Cam ...
A flashing check engine light means that your vehicle is having a catalytic converter damaging misfire ! Spark plug problem , coil , ignition module , injector breaking down electrically un a load .
They need to hook up a scope an check it . Check Engine Light Flashing Misfire Diagnosis by Autolite Spark Plugs
Honda , ford , gm there all the same
Mrs PETERSON the knock sensor located on the side of the engine block to the inner side under the inlet manifold and close to the oil filter and oil switch.
Knocking is produced due to the following reasons:
- Contaminated fuel.
- Restricted or purged fuel line.
- Fuel pump pressure too high.
- Clogged Fuel Injectors.
- Ignition timing too early.
- Wrong heat range and air gaps of the spark plugs.
- Excessive carbon accumulation in the combustion chamber.
- Knock sensor.
- Brake system.
p0325 is referring to the knock sensor. normally it's not the sensor itself but the wiring, connector, or the signal is missing. the sensor might be bad. here's a honda forum thread that discusses knock sensors.
What sensor are you try to look for?
here is the list of all the sensors for 97 honda civic EX

Hey I had the same code and I have a 2000 honda civic lx. My cousin
works at honda and drives a '96 honda civic and he has had that code
before on his car as well.
First thing he came up with was that the catalytic converter was
cracked. We checked mines, and lo and behold, that's what it was.
Look under your hood, and there should be a catalytic converter with a
sensor sticking out of it. It is connected to the exhaust manifold and
the sensor sticks out of the heat shield. Around the sensor, look for a
crack. If there's a crack, that's your problem.
