there is a pump, usually mounted in, on, or near your washer fluid tank. It should have a fuse. If all else fails, your switch could be faulty.

observe the key/immobizer indicator(on solid, flashing, out?). try your other key and see if it does the same thing.
if car is new to you(from an auction) chances are the key isn't programmed.
if you have owned the car for a while and symptoms are new, than check for both spark and fuel pressure,
scan for codes....

Just about everything in your Honda runs on electricity. Your lights, instrument panel, door locks, windows, PCM and your spark plugs. Replace your battery now before your stuck somewhere and that will be one less that could be wrong.

that is it, no other failures or DTC. on car.?
no driving symptoms?
as always, check all fuses!

p1659 = the electronic throttle control system (ETCS) control relay malfunction

aka a relay used in the drive by wire system

"When the voltage from the ETCS control relay is not detected for a set time after the ETCS control relay is turned on when the ignition is turned to ON (ll), or when voltage is not applied for a set time when the throttle actuator (thing that moves the butterfly valve inside throttle body based on gas pedal) is operating, a malfunction in the ETCS control relay power switch is detected and a DTC is stored."

I wouldn't worry about it if the light went away
if it comes back its most likely a failing relay

I am afraid your clutch has gone. If you cant get it fixed under warranty(very unlikely) it is a very expensive job. Good luck .
