Airbags and ABS lights are on, A/C and Turn signals do not work

Did you try a boost or a battery charger?If battery voltage drops below a certain level,the car may not start be some accessories will work.
It's a safety thing as ABS and airbags need proper voltage.

Turn signal tail lights and BRAKE LIGHTS NOT WORKING

It can be faulty brake light switch causing the problem or its blown brake light bulb. First check and confirm brake light lamp is working and that's not the case.

its probly under the hood in a little black box it should say fuses if not there check under the dash on the drivers side

check for power to the indicator switch ,if power then jump to the outlet for either side flasher ,if they work then renew the switch ,if no power then you may find the fault is in the hazard warning light switch

CHECK BULS FRONT AND BACK IF BULS ARE OK CHECK FUSES , IS EVERYTHING SEEM S OK YOU NEED TO REPLACE THE SIGNAL LIGHT SWTICH

The turn signal flasher is worn out. The turn signals have their own flasher. It is usually on the drivers side of the vehicle under the dashboard. It is normally a cylinder about 1 inch in diameter and 1inch tall that has two prongs on it. My advice would be to go to the parts store and get a new turn signal flasher for your car. Look for something under the dash that looks like it and exchange them.

I start with replaising a signal swich

Right headlight sounds blown to me. Other problem needs to be looked at.

Turn off the car and pull out the key.
Check the alternator leads and the battery leads if they don't touch any other leads around them.(or each other-short circuit-as for the alternator)
Is the battery charged? It might have even died, partially, thus providing enough power only to the small consumers. In that case the engine wouldn't start- does yours?
Check the fuses, but this might be a serious problem, so replacing the fuses can't be considered a long time solution itself...(if they were burnt)
Can you fire up the engine? 
Do the Gauges work right? And the dashboard lights(except those you already mentioned)?

However if you are not really familiar with all this, I'd suggest you to have it done by a car electrician, he could have it finished by tomorrow evening...
