Then repeat the last two steps going up to only 25 mph. Then come to a complete stop in your driveway and let the car idle for 10 minutes with the a/c on . After this is done, hook up a code scanner and see if it reset the modes to "ready".

check that there is no air lock in the cooling system
check if the thermostat was installed with the body of the unit facing the block and not the hose

When you say "unit is delayed" are you saying the fan does not come on when you switch the unit on, or that the air blowing takes 15 mins to get hot?

The laser assembly has lost its ability to focus on disk surface. Replacement of unit is in order/repair not cost effective.

Could be a little low on freon as well, causing it to cycle on, off too quick.

Most likely this is caused by something binding or water getting inside the motor,either way it is tripping the thermal overload inside the wiper motor.
