I am experiencing water in the floor in front only, where could it be coming from?

Is this water or engine coolant? If it's water then the Air conditioning condensate drain may be plugged. Water can also enter if the body sealant has dried out where the firewall meets the body at the A post. If it's engine coolant then the heater core is leaking into the air box.

I need to know how

you need to remove the upper half of the intake plenum to acces the plugs.not as bad as it looks.only tricky part is the support bracket bolts(12mm) on rear of plenum.if you remove the lower windshield cowling and metal cowl panel at base of windshield it makes it much easier.may seem intimidating but its actually very straight forward and only takes about an hour start to finish.any further questions let me know.good luck!

2004 nissan murano when i go to take off if i punch it it will do a burn out then i try to keep going but it wont go the car wont even rev up the moter whats going on

The rubber air tube that connects the air filter box to the engine is likely loose, grab it and check that is firmly attached both ends. Also check the recall to replace the tube has been done: https://www.nissanusa.com/recalls-vin/#/#/Home

Reprograming a nissan murano 2004

Reprogram what ? Basic electrical problem , not computer . Viewing electrical distribution diagrams an using a DMM - digital multi-meter to test electrical power flow is the way to diagnose . I would start at the main fusible links , fusible link holder . Free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free-tsb Enter vehicle info. year , make , model an engine . Under system click on electrical distribution ,then under subsystem click on power distribution . Click the search button ,then the blue link. Looking at the first diagram , i see the main fusible links . I would bet one of these is blown .

No tail lights.

You need to test for power with a test light at the tail light bulb, If you have power it could be a bad bulb or ground. IF you do not have power then trace the circuit back to the light switch.
