What do the 3 relays in the glove box of 97 s10 do

most likely its the blower motor resister and is located behind the glove box. there are a few philips head screws you will need to remove inside the glove box and under the glove box to get the glove box out after that it should be a walk in the park

there is a hinge at the bottom. depress the sides of the box at the top nearest to the dash. put the new one on, thats it!
