there are four 18mm bolts on the opposite side of dust plate.once u remove thoe bolts, you'll have to either use a slide hammer, or the old fashion way a big hammer and smack it side to side.the whole hub and wheel bearing assembly will come out.The dust sheild is in between the hub and axel once it comes apart u will understand.
SOURCE: 07 chrysler sebring won't shift out of park. have
Are you parked on an incline? If you are parked heading uphill, you might want to get another car behind you and give you a slight nudge forward and try to shift it out of park. If you are not parked on an incline, press the brake pedal and have someone check your brake lights, if you have no brake lights, it might have your gear shift locked. If no brake lights, check for a loose or faulty brake switch at the brake pedal, Good luck, Gary
SOURCE: How to use seafoam motor treatment on 2007 chrysler sebring
you sure it needs the treatment? it is still pretty new, you can use any of the bigger vacuum lines, last one i did i used the line from the brake booster, keep in mind it will smoke a whole lot until the stuff wears off, you will kill every mosquito in a ten block radius.

SOURCE: replace blend door in 07 Chrysler sebring
The most likely problem is either the blend door actuator or a broken blend door itself.
Both are only accessible by complete removal of the instrument panel(dash).
The blend door actuator can be tested with a Chrysler factory scan tool hooked up to the DLC(data link connector). If blend door actuator is working when tested with the factory scan tool, then blend door itself is at fault.
The only other way to test the blend door actuator is to test for 12v at connector, but you would have to remove the instrument panel in order to gain access to the actuator
