Have you changed the spark plugs for new ones?

if it starts then you have spark and the correct firing order . If it doesn't keep running after it starts then the problem may be in the resistor that cuts the 12 volts to 7.5 volts for the coil . Check the operation of that resistor.. Check the voltage at the coil when the key is in the run position.

Chances are its something electrical, but thats a big list.
You'll have to rule out a few things and check for spark and fuel pressure when it won't start.

Check wiring harness.. could have a break in it... causing it to stop firing..

Firing order is same for 5.0L or 5.7L

when it does'nt restart check for spark.

Fuel pump, you have to have press in the rail to fire all injectors- she will run on ether but not good for her. Ck your pump and any related fuses,relays,wiring.

It could be a spark plug problem..I would remove a few of them to see what they look like. It may not be firing very well when it gets hot, and new spark plugs are never a real bad investment, since they're generally very cheap. Not sure on this, but it's a good place to check.
