Means the car needs service
got tools, got the FSM book.?
the book is free, WJ jeeps. see end of page for LINK.
Q1: does the jeep drive perfectly and sound normal.
that be first (no?)
steps to do , not replacing $$$$ PCM, on a whim...
check fuses first.
then using any scan tool reset the DTC errors
push the reset button, now.
do they come back after a 10 mile fast drive?
yes/no. (if no? end of saga)
if yes, they are real.
was that not easy?
now lets do they come back.
c25,pg7
326/7/8 (odd knock sensor readings, i say victim here)
352/3/4 (read spark errors)
COP COILs for cyl. 2,3,4 are weak dwell time.
(i think means the primary side is bad, (wiring?) or loss of full power to this group.
if the engine only runs on 5 cylinders, now is the time to say.
to diagnose engine, we need all evidence, not just scans.
did you unplug any thing underhood with the key turned on>?
if not seems the COP coils are unplugged.
or bad connections to this set.

Codes p 0352--353--354 all refer to ignition coils B, C, D--circuit malfunction=== causes --wiring---ignition coil --ECM
codes P0326, 327 ,328 all refer to knock sensor 1, bank 1 range / performance , for 326, --low input for 037 and high input for 0328=== causes --wiring---knock sensor(KS)incorrectly tightened --0326, insecure KS , poor connection, wiring short to ground , incorrectly tightened---ECM and for 0328--wiring short to positive --KS incorrectly tightened---ECM
It seems strange that all these codes appear and unless you have done work on the engine previously to these codes appearing, I would first replace the ECM with a known good unit, remove the codes then run the vehicle again for 15 minutes to see if the codes reappear
