Intake Manifold to Cylinder Head Bolt

Tighten in two steps:

• 20-30 Nm (15-22 Lb-Ft)
• 26-32 Nm (20-23 Lb-Ft)

Hi the torque spec for this fuel rail/manifold is 9-11lb/ft. Here is pic of the sequence.

Tighten in 3 steps: Step 1: 7.5 FT Lbs Step 2: 15 FT Lbs Step 3: 24 FT Lbs(to torque bolts & nuts, start in center using crisscross pattern)

first torque 15-22ft/lbs. then warm up the engine and re-torque the bolts

Upper intake

Stage 1: Tighten to 20 Nm (14 lb-ft).
Stage 2: Tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).


Lower intake

Stage 1: Tighten to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft).
Stage 2: Tighten to 32 Nm (24 lb-ft).


Rocker Arms

Stage 1: Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
Stage 2: Tighten to 32 Nm (24 lb-ft).
