Where is the fuel pressure regulator located on a '93 chevy lumina van w/ 3.1 lt. V6? Also, is it relatively easy to use the repair kit and change the diaphram of the regulator, or should I change the entire assembly at double the cost?

Chevy Lumina. Does a P0006 code indicating low voltage on the fuel shutoff switch or is there one on a Lumina. I'm getting mixed answers. Is this more related to a fuel pressure regulator?

Fuel Shutoff Valve according to all the articles, however the switch operates the valve and the valve tells tales back to the ECM. You would need a pro grade scan tool computer to diagnose against known voltage values.

'92 chevy lumina van running rough after fuel pump replacement

mass airflow sensors don't have a vacuum line, you sure you don't mean the EGR valve? if it was the regulator i doubt it would run good or make much of a difference unplugging the vacuum line, take a reading of the fuel pressure, if it starts to drop while the van is running you have a bad regulator.

I need to know where the fuel pressure sensor is located on the 2000 chevy express van.

There is not really a fuel pressure sensor. There is a fuel pressure regulator. The fuel pump pumps up pressure and the pressure regulator allows the fuel to return to the fuel tank if the pressure reaches 37psi in the 4.6 liter. It is located on the intake manifold. It is round about 3 inches in diameter, and has a fuel line on both sides of it.

Where is the fuel regulator 98 chevy V6 pick up

The fuel pressure regulator is located under the upper intake plenumn. (The black plastic cover that sits on top of the intake manifold)
After removing this upper intake, the regulator will be on the back side of the fuel injector inlet housing.

Where is the fuel filter located on a 1996 chevy lumina

Hello there
itsalmos identical location of the '93 Lumina it's almost dead center of the underneath of the car. It is a rather simple change out.
first spray the nut with WD40, then holding one side firm just unloosen the other side. Be careful under a little bit of pressure and fuel will come out. Next you have to remove the cover thing on the other side by sliding it back. Push down on those two tabs and pull, should come right apart. Hope this helps.
Best regards Mike
