Where is the interior fuse box in a 2006 town & country van?

My service manual states that the '02 T+C has a combination turn signal/hazard flasher/daytime running lights module which is located on the junction block, adjacent to and left of the steering column. To access it, you must remove the steering column lower cover and knee pad panel. There is also a fuse for turn signal/hazard flasher. If none of them work, check the fuse 1st.

Check your battery and selenoid switch. Take it to a parts dealer such as Pep Boys and get it checked.

the pivot pin must be rusted to the point it does not want to move, try lubing it with wd40 or equivalent lube,at the bottom of the wiper arm just before the bolt that holds it to the car is the pivot point.that's where it has to be lubed.
