SOURCE: low speed fan relay for the 2005 chrysler town and country

If you are talking about the cooling fan relay for the radiator there is no low speed and high speed relay. There is only one relay and it is behind the grill revitted to the bumper rail. It is doesnt look like you typical relay.

You either have a bad fuel sending unit or an improper ground connection to the unit.

SOURCE: need the location of the fuel filter fora 1996

It will either be inside the gas tank (real pain) or it'll be in front of the gas tank recessed into the frame.

SOURCE: blower motor stuck on high! 2001 town &country

your blower resister is bad and you need to replace it.......heres how,The glove box can be lowered all the way out of the way just by pulling in the sides so the rubber stoppers come out toward you. The sides bend easily to allow that.

The glove box being out reveals the resistor in the heating duct right in front of you. Just remove the two sets of wires and two bolts (10mm socket, I think) and the resistor pack slides right out. Then bolt in the new one an plug the wires back in (they only fit in one way). Fold the glove box back up and press the stops in to get them back in place and you are done.

The resistor pack only cost $12 and change at my dealer. It is part number 1-04885583AB which was a replacement for the same number with AA at the end, so I’m guessing they had a lot of trouble with the AAs and so made a better AB.

Last Winter my heater blower fan worked only on High. I changed the front heater/AC blower resistor pack and was surprised at how easy it is, but I had to figure it out for myself since my Dealer's parts guy was no help as to where the part lived and my Haynes manual was just plain wrong. This was on a 2001 T+C. I'd be very surprised if the 2001 Caravan was any different. Don't know what other year vans would be the same. I do know some earlier generations had this resistor under the hood and Haynes had is with the blower sort of behind the instrument cluster.

How do I replace the fuel filter on a Chrysler 1997 town and country 3.8 lxi

  • Relieve the fuel system pressure by removing the fuel pump relay from the power distribution center. Start the engine and allow it to run until it stalls. Try to start it again and let it run until it stalls. Repeat this procedure until it no longer will start. Turn the ignition off.
  • Disconnect the negative battery cable and raise the vehicle. Support the fuel tank with a transmission jack. Locate the fuel filter on the top of your Chrysler Town & Country fuel tank.
  • Remove the fuel line from the front of the tank and then the ground strap. Next, remove the inboard side of the fuel tank straps and front T-strap fastener. Lower the tank about 6 inches.
  • Detach the fuel lines from the fuel pump module and then remove the fuel filter. Put the new filter in its place. Tighten the fuel filter bolts to 40 inch pounds.
  • Reconnect the fuel lines to the fuel pump module and reposition the tank. Replace the front T strap fastener and tighten it to 250 inch pounds. Put the inboard fuel tank straps back and tighten them to 40 foot pounds.
  • Put on the ground strap and connect the fuel line in the front of the tank. Start the engine of your Town & Country and check for leaks.
