Hi,
Leave the battery disconnected overnight - NOTE THE ALARM AND OTHER BATTERY DEPENDENT ITEMS MAY NEED RESET, or just pull the fuse for the radio - read your owner's manual..
If it still doesn't reset, you'll need to remove the radio or see if it has a reset option on the radio.

Disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove the plastic frame around the radio; gently so as not to crack the plastic. Remove two screws holding radio in, ease it out towards you. Disconnect wiring harness and antenna lead. CAUTION! you will need the radio code to reset radio when you put it back. Have the code before you disconnect the battery cable.

use the code in the ownres manual to reset it

Check your Owners Manual. When the battery is disconnected the radio forgets all of its settings and has to be reprogrammed. If it is a stock radio the directions are in the owners manual. If it is not stock check the radio manufactures website for instructions. This is not a big deal. At the worst take the car to a Automotive Stereo Shop and they should be able to fix it fast and cheap. Good Luck.

Your going to have to reset everything, Just make sure you turnoff your radio before disconnecting the battery. Leaving your radio on and disconnecting the battery will prompt you to enter a radio code to reactivate your radio. Good luck and keep me posted, be glad to answer anymore questions you may have.

Try turning the radio off and disconnecting the battery for 2 min then reconnect the battery and turn on the radio. This may reset the radio to default so you can eject the CD and reset your station preset and clock. make sure the radio is off before disconnecting the battery or your going to be prompt to program a radio code. Turn the radio off and disconnect the battery for 1 min. After reconnecting he battery, turn on the radio and that should have reset the radio. Good luck and just make sure you turn off the radio first.

If the radio will not except the codes because radio codes was attempted to many times, you can reset the radio by disconnecting the battery for 30 seconds and the radio will reset it self for you to re-enter the radio code. Good luck and keep me posted.

Two ways: 1. Disconnect the negative battery cable, then try to start - that will reset the light, but also reset the radio, clock, etc. 2. Go to an Autozone store. They will reset it for free and will even tell you the code that caused it.
