When I try to start my van, I have to wiggle the key as Im turning it or it will not start, all the dash lights on but the van itself wont start now the battery light is on and the abs light came on and the van shut down, you have to hit the top of the dash to get the abs light to go off or you cant start it
Abs and no horn mean that Your Clockspring is broken . You need to pull steering wheel and carefully remove airbag, to get to item. The key cylinder can be changed very easy, key in turn to unlock but dont start car. the a thin screwdriver is put in hole under cylinder, whole thing slides out. Replace with a new one. It clicks in place turn key off. Remove key and you should be good. If it is the cylinder you are golden ; ) they do go bad. Change battery every 3 years alot of electronic stuff, PCM and BCM. the brains of the car. good luck!!
Sounds like the GEM is bad. This is a computer module behind the radio that controls all those things.

may be the panel switch which is present inside is not working properly which is giving you this problem sotry to check that panel switch first

You may have a bad abs controller. You need to get the code for the abs light from a shop or auto parts store.

It does sound like the battery. other items will work on a low battery but as kenh said there isn't enough amps to power the starter... it needs alot to turn over the motor. before you replace the battery you should test that the alternator is working properly. there is a simple test for it but i'm told as a safety issue that it's best left to a mechanic.
