Fan cooling problem. which and where is the relay or fuse for the cooling fan? I need a diagram showing me what the relays are for and what they operate.

Year--make--model, please? Your owners manual may show the fuse box, fuse and relay locations. Sometimes you can use jumper wires off battery for voltage and ground, run to radiator fan connector to see if fan will run.

Fans ???? radiator cooling fans ? Relay fuse ???? It's just a relay , not relay fuse . Relay's are located in the under fuse / relay box . This radiator cooling fan system has two fans , three fuse an three relay's controlled by the PCM - engine computer , Coolant temp sensor is a input to the PCM , When the PCM see's a certain temp it will energize the # 1 , 2 or 3 cooling fan relay for low or high speed . Cooling fan relay could be bad . cooling fan fuse - C/FAN 40 amp. under hood fuse box , as are C/FAN lo & C/FAN HI relay's . In the engine compartment fuse block. Look at positions 7 and 8. There should be a diagram under the lid.

relays are located left end of the instrument panel.look inside owners manual in glove compartment, it has all fuses and relays locations.

You can get a manual from a bone yard. Taurus/Sable. Also the relay is one of the actual relays not a regular fuse
