Replace the cold start injector, it is a common issue.

I suspect that your spark plug wires or your distributor is going out. Check your spark wires and distributor. To do that take out #1 spark plug wire from the spark plug. Next take out your spark plug then put it in the spark plug wire. Then turn on car and take a look at the spark plug to see if it's getting a spark. Do this with all the spark plug. If it is your spark plug wire I would replace all of them.

OK, I see the relay you're talking about. It takes orders from the ECM. Same orders go to the starter. So the starter cranks, right? And both fuse 2 and 28 are good? Can you check for voltage at the fuel pump connector using a test light? Maybe the problem is with the wire that goes from the relay to the pump. That is the only thing I can see that would prevent the pump from working. Or, it could be the ground wire from the motor to ground. See diagram below.

Could try the crank sensor, that is where I would start. Next would be the timing & compression.

starting fluid is a thing of the past. dont use it. this car doesnt have a carb, its a throttle body/ electronic fuel injection system. you most likely have a fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator issue. test the fuel pressure, should be anywheres from 35-50 psi

Do I spray starter fluid under my air filter on a 99 toyota camry le

If you need to use starter fluid you need to get the engine checked by a good mechanic. When was it last given a full service?
You'll need to remove the air filter and spray it directly into the air intake. Starter fluid is nasty stuff! If you get it on the air filter and you get a flame blowback from the air intake it'll burst into flames like a flare!
Starter fluid is only meant to be used once or twice like in an emergency or starting a petrol engine after a very long time in storage.

!996 toyota celica gt stalled while driving and won't start up again.

Bendix has gone out on the starter. Replace starter. The spinning is the starter but it would not have gone out while "driving" so you may have another problem once you replace the starter.

into the air intake where the air filter goes

No fuel

It could possibly be a faulty Crankshaft Position Sensor. If the computer doesn't see that the crankshaft is spinning, it won't activate the fuel pump.

1995 toyota celica starts up when cold and will run until i get wherever i need to go. Then if i shut off and try to restart it doesnt make any clicking noise and wont try to turnover until cold.

So when your engine is hot the starter won't engage. Try cleaning and tightening the wires that are bolted to your starter first. You want bare shiny metal to metal at all your connections. Take care when unbolting the wires because you could strip or break the studs on the solenoid. If this doesn't help then I would say the solenoid is going bad and will need to be replaced. It's usually a good idea to replace the starter and solenoid as one unit. Hope this helps.

MY 1992 toyota celica acted like it was running out of gas and just quite and will not run agian. I have checked the fuel pump and the plugs are fireing. What else could be wrong?

could be alot of different things. try disconnecting the fuel line at the motor to see if you have fuel when the key is turned on. (put open end of line in a bottle preferrably clear to inspect for debris or water) If not replace fuel filter. could be a clogged catalytic converter, could be clogged injectors (if when you remove the fuel line at the motor there is fuel coming out when ignition is turned on) could be air filter is clogged. You can get rid of most of these without disconnecting anything by getting a can of choke and carb cleaner. Use it like you would starter fluid. (dont use starter fluid as it may lock up your motor) disconnect air filter and spray about a 2 second full spray into the air filter hose. have someone try to start the car. If it starts then you know its a fuel delivery problem and narrows it down for you.

The computer is what outputs that. So you want to check the wire at the computer and see what your getting. Has the motor been pressure washed or have any changes been done recently?
