The fuse panel is located behind the left hand side of the instrument panel. In your car, the Park switch appears to have failed ON it to park the wipers. the park switch is an integral part of the wiper motor assembly, so replacement would mean having to replace the wiper motor assembly as a unit ... good-day!!

There is a 30 amp (pink) fuse located in the fuse box located inside the car (see picture below) and it is in the number 11 position in that box. That fuse is for the wiper system there is also a hi/low wiper relay located in the power distribution box located in the engine compartment. It is in the number 1 position (the big number 1 not the diode or fuse). You may want to check that out as well if the fuse is good. The picture for that is also below. It should be the same fuse as the wipers. The fuse must be in the main fuse box. The position and function of the fuses is normally marked on the inside of the fuse box cover and also in the owner's handbook. If you don't come right with these, work your way through the fuses looking for a blown one. To ease your search the wiper fuse it should be around 15 to 20 amps.
